Services

Uncle Phil's Handyman Service provides residential and commercial handyman services in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.

Estimates

All estimates are provided free of charge. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment.

Scheduling

We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no additional charge.

SMS Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to Uncle Phil's Handyman Service through our website, contact form, or by phone, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to your service request.

Program description: SMS messages from Uncle Phil's Handyman Service are transactional in nature and tied to active service requests. We send appointment confirmations, technician dispatch alerts, status updates, and follow-up communications. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program.

Carriers: This SMS program is delivered through US wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Costs: Uncle Phil's Handyman Service does not charge a fee for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan with your carrier.

Opting out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications from our service program. You may opt back in by texting START to the same number, or by submitting a new service request through our website.

Limitation of Liability

Uncle Phil's Handyman Service is not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during the course of work. We will inform you of any additional issues found and provide separate estimates for those repairs.
